- Assist public computing facilities users regarding basic programming questions and computer operation, answer questions regarding standard applications and assist users in diagnosing and correcting routine systems problems.

- Some knowledge of the operation and application of microcomputers, software and network facilities. You must be awarded work study to be considered for this position.
