South Campus
South Campus parking lot closures April 18 from 4PM to April 20 at 10PM
North University Avenue (Thayer to Fletcher streets)
The south side of North University Avenue between Thayer and Fletcher streets is scheduled for lane closures beginning the week of April 14 through the end of April 2008 to facilitate UM Spring Commencement set-up activities on the Diag. Sidewalks will remain open on both sides of North University Avenue and two-way vehicular traffic will be maintained. Eastbound vehicular traffic will be shifted so that the two lanes on the north side of North University Avenue between Thayer and Fletcher streets will contain both eastbound and westbound traffic. UM bus stops on North University Avenue will remain in service. The bus stop on the north side of the Chemistry building will be shifted on North University Avenue east of Fletcher Street.
Spring Commencement preparation in the Diag
Spring commencement preparations are scheduled to begin in the Diag the week of April 14. Pedestrian routes through the Diag will be maintained at all times, with various secondary sidewalk closures taking place depending upon the stage of preparation.
South Campus parking lot closures
Parking lots SC4, SC5, SC6, SC7, SC32, SC34, SC35 will be closed to UM vehicles on Friday, April 18 at 4PM until Sunday, April 20 at 10PM for a special program at Crisler Arena.
