Stories
The Urban and Regional Planning Program has a talented and diverse student body. Students come from all over the world, from Germany to China, India to Brazil, and from many different fields, including landscaping, business, law, and public health. At Michigan, students are provided with many opportunities to expand their interests. With fellows, visiting professors, and lecturers of various educational backgrounds and with a wide range of professional experiences, students are introduced to new ideas, opportunities, and experiences. In addition, students have the opportunity to study outside the classroom, from studio work in Ann Arbor and in Detroit to work across the world with studios in many countries, including Iceland and Germany. Student Stories allows some students to share their own experiences at the Unviersity of Michigan, highlighting some of the opportunities prospective students might experience themselves.
