In all cases, there is no need to send U-M transcripts since the program can access them directly.

- If you are not in (or applying to) a Rackham program, have official transcripts sent to Rackham directly from the relevant institution
Test scores
- If you are a current U-M graduate student or you are applying to a UM graduate program now, please have GRE, LSAT or GMAT scores sent from your home program
- Students who graduated from an undergraduate institution in which instruction was not in English are required to submit TOEFL scores. If your score is not accessible at this point, contact Beverly Walter at (734) 763-3075.
If you are not currently at U-M and not applying to a graduate degree program at U-M, official scores should be sent to the University of Michigan.

Real Estate essay questions
Please respond to the essay questions using no more than four double-spaced pages. Duration of the program
With careful planning, students entering their graduate program at the same time as the certificate program can earn both degrees without an extra semester. For a M.U.P. student this would necessitate 3 semesters of 15 credits and one semester with at least 12 credits (an average of 14.25 credits per semester). Otherwise, completion of the certificate program could take from 1 extra semester to 3 semesters (depending on course offerings) for those not currently at Michigan. See information on dual degrees + the certificate in “about the certificate.”
Cost of attendance
