Andrew Herscher Awarded Human Rights Fellowship

Taubman College's own Andrew Herscher has been awarded a Human Rights Fellowship by the U-M Center for International and Comparative Studies (CICS).

Among other fellowship duties, Andrew will teach a course on culture and human rights as part of the international studies minor in W2008 and give a public lecture on his work.
