Schumacher Wins 2007 CoreNet Real Estate Scholarship
Erin Schumacher, a student in both the Master of Urban Planning and Real Estate Development programs, has been awarded the 2007 CoreNet Michgan Chapter Scholarship. Erin will be recognized at the organization's January Economic Forecast meeting on January 10 at The Inn at St. John's in Plymouth.
The CoreNet Global Michigan Chapter scholarship assists undergraduate and graduate students continue their educational pursuit toward a degree in a real estate-related field. One $2,000 scholarship is awarded annually to support the full-time study of real estate or a related field at one of three Michigan universities: Central Michigan, Michigan State, or the University of Michigan.
CoreNet Global is a worldwide professional community for mission-critical knowledge to enhance professional advancement and enterprise success for corporate real estate. The organization seeks to involve and assist the private sector in expanding educational opportunities.
